Since 2018, we experiment biodynamy at Château CANET . This innovation is totally in accordance with our  input reduction strategy. We opted for the “PLOCHER system” which is based on the transmission of information to the vine by actions on the soil, on the water,  and on the plant itself. We are following this “Zero-Chemistry” experiment, accompanied by “Christian SHAETZLE Environment”, by measuring, over several campaigns, the technical efficiency and the cost of implementation.
