250 gr of flour

250 gr of sugar

1 packet of dry yeast

1 packet of vanilla sugar

1 pinch of salt

3 eggs

1 mustard glass of white wine (sweet or dry)

¾ of the same oil glass

1 zest of lemon

Pour the mixture into a buttered cake pan


Pour into a buttered cake tin


Bake at 180 ° for 40 minutes.
