Backed chicken


– Chicken

– Mustard

– 1 shallot

– Olive oil

– Herbs of Provence

– Salt/pepper


Preparation / cooking time :


Château Bran of compostelle and a baked chicken !

Put in a baking pan:

1-2 cm of water

1 shallot, finely chopped

The chicken brushed with mustard

A few spoons of olive oil

Herbs of Provence

Salt, pepper

Bake for at least an hour (depending on the size of the poultry)
