Organic vinegrowing
The organic market is growing and can represent, according to companies, an outlet interesting.
It’s been 20 years since the Caves de Rauzan valorize grapes from organic vinegrowing. Since the Grenelle Environment Forum, many of our members have expressed the desire to convert their estate. This wave of conversion began during the year 2010 and continues still today.
In 2016, the cellar had 15 members in organic viticulture for 165 ha ; in 2017, this represents 200 ha.
