Paprika chicken skewers
– 240 g chicken aiguillettes
– 1 tbs paprika
– 1 tbsp cumin
– 1 tbs of Provence herbs
– 2 tbsp Olive Oil
– Salt and pepper to your liking

Chicken skewers and Chateau Canet clairet
The day before, cut the chicken and add the oil and spices, mix well.
Marinate at least one night.
The next day, put the brochettes and cook them on the barbecue or in the oven depending on the season !
Serve with Château Canet Clairet, very fresh
